Privacy notice.
This notice describes the TechNovix creator-resource site, including its browser-based tools, hosting, email, and Google AdSense integration. Review it against the actual account, regional consent, and legal setup; it is not legal advice.
Information entered in browser tools
The video planner, title and description checker, upload checklist, script-time calculator, shot-list builder, and budget calculator use the information you enter to create results in the current page. The thumbnail preview uses a temporary browser-local object URL for the image you select. The caption checker reads the selected SRT or VTT file locally. These tools do not upload those entries or files to a TechNovix application API and do not save tool drafts for later. Refreshing or leaving the page clears in-page drafts and previews.
If you choose to download a worksheet or shot list, or print/save a result, your browser handles that action at your direction. Downloaded or printed copies are outside this page's control.
Do not enter passwords, channel credentials, payment details, confidential client material, or sensitive personal information into these tools.
Messages you send us
If you contact us by email, your message and email address are handled by your email provider and by TechNovix to respond. Do not include information you would not want included in an ordinary support message.
Hosting and technical data
When your browser requests a page, the hosting provider processes technical request information to deliver and protect the service. This site also loads the Google AdSense publisher script on its public pages. Google may process device and browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, IP/network data, page views, and ad interactions to deliver, measure, secure, or personalize or limit ads under its policies and consent settings. Whether ads display depends on AdSense approval and account settings.

Some guides link to YouTube or Google documentation. The AdSense integration also loads Google code in your browser; see Google's privacy and advertising information for details of Google's processing.
Future changes
If advertising providers, settings, or data practices change, this notice should be reviewed and updated. The site code does not itself provide a consent interface; configure the appropriate consent message in AdSense before serving ads in regions where consent is required.
Who operates this site
TechNovix is the public brand. The legal name of the person or entity responsible for this site, its business or mailing address, and its home jurisdiction have not been supplied. Until these details are confirmed, this notice is incomplete for public launch. The published contact address is contact@technovix.in.
How information is used and shared
We use emails you send to read, respond to, and keep a record of correspondence. The website host and delivery/security providers process technical request information. Google AdSense code runs in visitors' browsers and may process information described above. The site does not intentionally include tool entries or file contents in ad requests; the tools handle those entries locally as described here. Provider locations and retention depend on their configurations and policies.
This site has no account, payment, newsletter, or comments feature. It includes AdSense publisher code; live ad delivery depends on approval and account settings. It does not make decisions about people using tool entries.
Retention and transfers
Tool drafts are held only in the active page and are not saved by the site's tool code. Contact emails may remain in the sender's and recipient's email systems and in TechNovix's mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle the message and related records; an exact deletion schedule has not been set. Hosting logs and any location or international transfer depend on the host's actual configuration and must be confirmed before launch.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email contact@technovix.in with the request and enough information for us to locate it. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where lawfully required. This email route is not an automated privacy portal and no response deadline is promised here.
Children
This is a general creator-education site and is not designed specifically for children. It does not ask visitors to create accounts or submit tool drafts. Please do not send personal or sensitive information about a child through the tools or email. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information may contact us so we can review the request.
Security and changes
We use reasonable care for the site, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice when the site, provider setup, legal requirements, or data practices change; the date at the top will be revised.

If India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework is relevant to the operator or a visitor, review the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 and their phased commencement.
